The perfect complement before or after any of our massages. Not as hot as traditional saunas. Far infrared (FIR) heat is part of the sun's invisible spectrum - it is safe and healing for all living things. One of FIR's characteristics is the ability to easily and deeply penetrate into joints, muscles and tissues, providing lasting relaxation. This allows for more effective release of muscles during massage. Also aids in detoxification of the body and recovery after strenuous exercise. (1 hour of use unless stated otherwise).
